1. Colorado Activity
You can find me on the slopes in Aspen all winter long. After a day of skiing, I head to Cache Cache and order their escargot, cacio e pepi and salmon tartare. Plus, they have a great wine list.

2. Workout Clothing
I wear a lot of Beyond Yoga, a woman-owned company, made in Los Angeles. The styles and fabrics take me from lunges to lunch and/or barre to brunch. We sell this brand in both of my studios. In the photo, right, I’m wearing the Beyond Yoga Softshine Refocus Cropped Top in Gold Stardust Foil ($76) and Softshine High Waist Midi Legging in Gold Stardust Foil ($110).

3. Hair
I’ve been seeing Kim at Bottega Salon in Littleton for 18 years—she really gets blondes! Plus, they have a huge selection of Kerastase products. I use the Kerastase Chroma Absolu Shampoo ($40) and Conditioner ($46), 4and Fresh Affair Dry Shampoo ($38).

4. Skincare
I’ve been using ISUN for years. It’s formulated in the San Juan Mountains with sustainable practices. Their Sapphire Cleanse Facial Cleanser ($42) and Ultra Ruby Facial Oil ($106) are the best. The cleanser is soothing, hydrating and gentle enough on my skin to use year-round, and the facial oil is formulated with 26 antioxidants and vitamin C.

5. Colorado Restaurant
I’m looking forward to trying Jacques in LoHi as soon as I get a chance. The team includes chef Nicholas Dalton, who is one of the founding partners of Brasserie Brixton. I’m a complete sucker for French cuisine. Jacques, 3200 Tejon St., Denver.

6. Skis
I bought a pair of Black Pearl 88 at the suggestion of a girlfriend last season, and I only wish I had bought them sooner. These skis are so much fun on groomers, easy to rip on the bumps, and make me feel like a boss! Evo, 860 N. Broadway, Denver.

7. Sneakers
Because I wear a lot of athletic wear, I like to play around with my footwear. I have an embarrassing number of Golden Goose sneakers. I can pair them with short, flirty skirts, jeans and dresses. My favorite styles are the Super-Star and Slide. Golden Goose, Cherry Creek Mall.

8. Beauty Product
Although I’ve known about RMS Beauty for years, I was recently introduced to SuperNatural Radiance Serum Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen ($48), and I’m obsessed. It goes on light while still offering the right amount of coverage.

9. Colorado Retail Store
I can’t rock the athleticwear every day, so my absolute go-to for everything else in my closet is A-Line in Cherry Creek. This Denver-based clothing store is hyper customer-service centric. Jack Savoie is my stylist, and he is always ready with a glass of champagne for me and a fitting room full of items that he knows I’ll love.

10. Housewarming Gift
I go to Rosy Rings for gifts to say thanks to my team. They have great cookbooks, cocktail napkins with cheeky little sayings, candles, wall hangings and a small area for kiddos. They also do candle-making workshops, which is so fun. 2940 E. Sixth Ave., Denver.

11. Home Design
I really love Rogala Design on South Broadway. It’s and eclectic store with a cool aesthetic design. I also like Styled by Austin, who I’ve been following on Instagram. Austin gives antique and vintage furniture new life with reimagined drawer pulls and a coat of lacquer.

12. Jewelry
The Aspen Hive opened last summer in Aspen, and it’s super charming. Owner Cynthia Jankowski hand-picks each unique piece, and almost all of the jewelry is made by U.S.-based female goldsmiths and designers. I adore my yellow-gold aspen leaf necklace ($275).
